The simplest way to reduce photo file size is to download free software called shrinkpic. This runs in the background and automatically resizes photo files whenever you upload them to the web or attach to an e mail.

I am surprised it is not a standard size. Have a look at this one, you could perhaps use two with the os diameter turned down to 15/16

Is it a model 5? Looks like makers plate is on front cover so should say. Nice to find one restored.

I know Geo Monro exported a few Rototillers to Norway also.

For an age related plate they do need a more specific date, a range of years means they cannot give an age related plate. Ideally a day of manufacture would be the answer, which I thought could be derived from the B7S engine number.
