Green Spark Plug Company will list alternative spark plugs. They also sell HT cable and terminals.
The Museum of English Rural Life (MERL) at Reading hold the factory records which will give you date of machine.

John the furrower does not add too much additional load as the soil it moves is loose having been broken up by the miller.

That ridger is for a Monrotiller series 2 and 3 machines. See extract from owners manual below.

What information do you need? I have an instruction book and spare parts book for this model.

The trailer looks very similar to the one for the Monrotiller, major difference is the drawbar and short platform at the front.

Looking very smart. I see it has the optional large silencer rather than the standard pepper pot type. For control cables I buy inner and outer along with nipples, ferrules etc from motorcycle parts suppliers. I have used both Feked.com and Trialsbits.

The part that has got lost is a drum nipple and the cable should be soldered to it. I have bought cable parts from both Feked and Trialsbits
Various guides on the internet showing how to solder control cables
Replacing the entire cable on Monrotiller is a bit of a pain as they run inside handlebar and through the cast mounting piece.

You should be able to buy chain by the foot/yard/metre. All you need to know are the dimensions, see following for what the dimensions are Renolds Chain

A repair like that is all part of the machines history and demonstrates the old ideal of mend and repair, unlike the throw away society we now live in.

I was able to get a new air filter assembly from Meetens for a few years ago.
Controls should be throttle on righthand side, on the left lever for swinging handlebars left and right, underneath is clutch lever.
On my Monro Minor the locking mechanism for handle bar swing was seized.
I have no information on dates of production or serial numbers. A magazine article I have from Amateur Gardening dated 15th Sept 1962 suggests it was a new model then.
Later versions produced by Mechanised Gardening of Great Gransden, were called the Crunchtiller and had a different engine.

Year letters were used twice, hence C is 1928 and 1948. If you look on the engine cowling you may be able to find a year stamped, the stamp can be very faint.
Below is a photo from the manual showing the carb side of engine and carb linkage.
