Darren Portsmouth has a couple of Farmers Boys, which he shows. The only way to tell the date is if yours has a Briggs & Stratton engine, they are all dated to the day! If it has a Villiers engine take the starter pulley off and there will be a date stamped into the brass flywheel. JAP engines have a year letter as part of the engine number….

Last year I got a 110volt Grassmaster with transformer. I replaced the leads, cleaned it up and it was shown at the Westbury Vintage Gathering a couple of weeks ago.
