vhgmcbuddyMemberHello nice little Tractor, If you google Toro master parts viewer, click to open then right top open parts viewer and enter Model No 82-11BP01, you should see parts diagram. This will also help to see how it’s put together. Make sure to enter the number with the dash. Owen.

vhgmcbuddyMemberThanks for those, very clear. Whilst I’ll make up a temporary tool bar its great to see what the original looks like. This will give me a steer, but also I’ll keep my eyes open for the original; unless someone has one they would like to sell?? Cheers again, Derek

vhgmcbuddyMemberAll received Rob; thanks for your trouble. First week as a fully fledged member and I have to say all very helpful…
I’ll take some photos during the week and get them up. I’m currently making up a tool bar to take a potato lifter and a potato ridge for both the Ransomes and the BMB Plowmate. Will get some photos of both the Ransomes MG5 and the BMB Plowmate on the ride on section… I’ve got to get my first earliers in next week; plus I do veg gardens for some other people, so pressure is on!
Good luck with your Plowmate… they are brilliant machines!
Best,

vhgmcbuddyMemberOwen, The 512 D is very very rare in the states. The 512 D DY41D Robin diesel was sold in Europe not the USA. There are guys that are big WH fans that have never seen one. The mythical 512-D is ever so desired in America. Of all the Wheel Horse tractors, the 512-D is the one I want. Nice tractor Owen. Glenn

vhgmcbuddyMemberPhoto 1 you can see this part seized on the shaft. These parts have probably been together for 35 years. So would be a shame separate them now or that’s my excuse. Photo 2 is my work horse. Robin diesel 12 hp, are their many 512 D in the USA Glenn. I do watch the W H junkies on face book but don’t seem them.

vhgmcbuddyMemberI used my mid mount grader blade the other day to grade my gravel drive that runs to the barn. I like how it works, saves me a lot of work.

vhgmcbuddyMemberI think I know how hard it can be to take lose that part. I bought a Gravely 4 wheel tractor with a manual lift and I wanted to change the lift to hydraulic like my other tractor and found removing the shaft impossible with cutting it. I found that there are two different jack shafts for manual and hydro. Manual lift shaft it longer and is installed at the factory when the frame is welded together and the hydro is install after the frame is welded together. I had a time before I found all this out.
Maybe you could post a picture or two of you work with the shaft? Good luck with your work.March 19, 2015 at 5:55 pm #12107
vhgmcbuddyMemberThat looks up to the job Glenn. Done a good job, looks smart now. Look forward to the video. Nice smooth running engines the Onan, I have one in a W H.

vhgmcbuddyMemberThanks Glenn, I removed a few panels to have a closer look at the shaft on my W H 512 D, I soon realised removing it wasn’t going to be easy. The small lever on the shaft would have to be free to allow the shaft to slid out, so I managed to measure it in place and will take these measurements along to the local engineering shop. It’s a straight forward shaft 1″ diameter with a key way and a few holes.
