vhgmcbuddyMemberI think the same Charlie, but the Kohler is not the original engine. Early ones of this type had Jap, BSA. Later they were fitted with Villiers, Aspera engines.

vhgmcbuddyMemberTo follow on, There is a threaded hole at the back of the hitch, and I have seen the screw and clamp in the parts list, is this to clamp round section tool in the round hole that is not on the later “Long” hitch? There is no mention of it,s use in the instruction book for the merry tiller.

vhgmcbuddyMemberThank you for that Alan, Interesting to see that it was only available for the TITAN not the Major, so not made for the long hitch, I will have a play around and see what I can do, the Plough I have, Is the slatted mouldboard type, which I think is from a Landmaster, Funny, but Two of them have just appeared on that well known Auction site!. Regards Plonker

vhgmcbuddyMemberIt looks like all had a good time. Do you have more pictures?

vhgmcbuddyMemberYes Jen I reckon your right about the F. I see your model has a Foote 6 speed, others had a peerless 4 speed. For parts parts you could try, Bob Lewis W H Breaker 01285 861530. Or I’ve found these helpful with new parts. Google Pearsons Toro wheel horse spares. Owen.

vhgmcbuddyMemberHi Owen, Thanks for that link it is absolutely what I wanted! The model number is 92-11BF01, which I’ve seen queried as a typo, but is definitely what’s on mine, I wonder what the F stands for?Could it be Foote transmission? I know there was another ( better) transmission on this model, but I’ve forgotten the name.

vhgmcbuddyMemberHi Rob
As soon as I get it off the trailer & into the garden I’ll be putting a few pictures of both on the forum, yes it has a plough also steel & rubber wheels but not the original engine so I don’t know the machine No. Are you going to the AGM or Oxford bring & buy, as I’m going to try and take both units to the AGM weekend and would like to meet up.
