    Hi,

    Just downloaded the 4 volume set for off line reference, thanks for publishing it.

    One of the websites you mention in the Why PDF format section that disappeared during the course of your research was mine (it focussed on those sprayers made in and around Birmingham) and although I had intended to put it back on again at some point, I now see no need, as you have pretty much covered it but with far more detail than I would have thought to show or had access to, so thankyou again.

    This was the Dronwal pattern number No.1595. It should stand 31 inches high and had either a red or green enamelled Heavy Malleable iron base, 7+1/2 inches X 7+1/2 inches. It would originally have had connections for 1/2,5/8 or 3/4″ hose. 1968 would have seen you paying 59s 6d for it, straight conversion is £2.95 in new money then – if one allows for RPI between now and 2013 and if they were still being made then £44.00 would potentially be what it could cost.
