It does look as if a few non Meccano parts have been used but as you say brilliant. The rest of the video can be a distraction.

I have found a sales leaflet for the Progress tractor in my collection. It describes clutch as 3 plate dry type with lock off lever.

An events calendar is on the list of things to do, we are currently reviewing website layout, content etc.

Well worth sending this to editor of The Cultivator so all club members see it.

Please send all event dates to the editor, details on page 2 of The Cultivator.
It helps to include any special feature of event and also a post code if known and who to contact for entries. Date and name of event is not much use on their own.
Only include events with a horticultural content, thank you.

As wristpin said. Values vary widely, have a look at on line auction sites for simialr items to get an idea of going rate.

Rich, it might be worth contacting vintagebrassplates to see if they can help.

Excellent display, congratulations to everyone involved. A very good mix of machinery and tools with a few rare and unusual items. The whole section really shows the range of items covered by the heading ‘horticultural’ and specifically what the VHGMC is all about.

I am sure if you send an e mail to Meetens with details of your engine and parts required they will be able to tell you if they are available and what the cost would be. If you have the engine number it will help. Another possibility is if this maodel of engine was used on motorcycles it could be worth looking at vintage motorcycle parts suppliers.
To find a donor engine you may need to buy an entire machine.

I was thinking the same. Perhaps a new series in The Cultivator and addition to survivors pages.
