File size exceeds 3072KB limit. Image files need compressing, this can be done in MS picture manager see attached.

That is going to be an interesting one to watch, especially if it gets multiple bids.

It would appear there are at least two different ploughs and hitches. The use of a Rowtrac design sounds logical. The plough attachment for mine is buried in the shed so not easy to get a photo to compare.

Definitely the wrong engine, Barford Atom 15 should have a Villiers Mk12.

Do you mean the Clifford cultivator register on facebook? If so I think that is run by Paul Coles he is a very keen Clifford collector.

carl, renewal received, many thanks. What was confusing about instructions, it might be something we could change to make it easier.

Andy, if you have renewed online you should have gone through a screen requiring you to agree to terms and conditions so no need for paper form.

I can confirm the December issue of The Cultivator has arrived. The first batch of online renewals came in yesterday and new membership cards have been posted to those that have renewed.

Fairly sure it is a Mountfield M1, the same questions was asked back in 2009 on the clubs old website, see link

Welcome to the club, I have just posted your new member pack, hopefully it will arrive before Christmas.
Easy part to identify is the engine which is a Briggs and Stratton, so spares should not be a problem. Will have to have a think about make of rotavator, possibly Mountfield, going to have a look through galleries page of this website for ideas.

Whilst at MERL yesterday I copied the sales leaflet they have for the Commando Hoe. The one on leaflet is slightly different to the example I have. Leaflet is dated 1949 so the machine I have may be a later version.

My collection of Meccano is safely stored in the loft for a rainy day, the idea of a Meccano Trusty has crossed my mind. Many years ago Alex and me attended the Old Lawn Mower Club agm, I took the necessary parts to build a lawn mower model that had appeared in the Meccano magazne, must see if I can find the instructions again.
