It depends what parts you need, what is it you require.

I have a manual for MK40 (not HS version) which gives points gap of 0.012″ – 0.015″ and timing is 1/8″ before TDC; this is best measured with cylinder head off. Timing is set at factory with shims under under breaker body.
If breaker body has not been disturbed and points gap is correct then timing should be OK.

That looks like a Howard Gem. A quick google search brought up this copy of the service manual which details everything about stripping, repairing and rebuilding the Gem.
I am sure some parts will be of use as spares. Listing it via an online auction is one option and will have a wide audience.

I was told some time ago that all B&S engines will run on unleaded, might be worth checking with B&S though.

That is an interesting find. Looks as if it should clamp onto a range of wheelbarrows, would be good to see a photo of it fitted in working position. Please keep us posted.

Welcome, Briggs & Stratton parts are available from various suppliers a good place to try is Briggsbits . Note they will only have engine parts, your rotavator was not made by Briggs & Stratton . A photo will help identify what your rotavator is.

Very nice, not something we see in the UK. Four Oaks made something similar.

I have never seen a workshop manual for any of these smaller garden machines, Howard Gem is the only one that I have seen.

The bush is probably a standard bronze bush pressed into the housing. To get the required size you will need to measure size of shaft and hole the bush goes in, it will probably be imperial size not metric.
Is bush flush with bottom of hole? If not you might be able to get something under it and pull it out, or partly pack hole with grease then find or make something that is a good fit in the bush and hit it with a hammer; this will compress the grease and hopefully push the bush out. If there is no gap under end of bush in hole then you will need to bore it out or cut it and use cold chisel to get it out.
Difficult to say what is best solution without seeing part in the flesh, photo is a bit blurred.

Depends what information you are looking for. The owners manual gives routine maintenance instructions and has an illustrated parts list.

They are not common and I know there are several within the club. These machines are generally only of interest to collectors and do not fetch huge amounts, which is good for collectors not so good for sellers. From the photographs yours appears to be a good example and has the added bonus of running. If you want to sell it please send details via the contact form and we can advertise it our club magazine, we do not have adverts on the website.
Alternatively you could try an online auction site that will give you a greater audience.
The Rowtrac was made by Geo Monro of Waltham Cross from the early 1930’s, and the Rowtrac 5 was introduced in 1946. It has a 3.5hp two stroke Villiers engine, this was increased to 5hp in 1951.
I have access to some of the factory records and can date machines from the machine serial number.
