Yes looks very useful, have seen a similar one about 30yrs ago but only 3ft wide doing the footings for 2 large houses, not as heavy duty as the one pictured, the builder said he hired it because there was not an entrance wide enough for a JCB as planning for the gate area had not been submitted, did the job and he took it home every night

Thanks Stuart, that is a surprise. I may be able to get the carb as it is misplaced by previous owner.
I would like to get this m/c up and running but need the tyres for an Auto Culto Junior Mk 3 that I am sorting. Thanks again -

The m/c is not Atco but Ransomes 24. Here are the pics of the engine (F15 Villiers)? Is it difficult to remove cutter for re-grinding as it is in a bit of a state?

I have been to a friends house today and he was getting an Atco 24 cylinder mower out to use. He said do you want to use it, I was straight onto it, the engine is Villiers but with electronic ignition logo on it , is this a standard engine or has the logo been added? It did a very good job and looks well used and old but started first pull hot and…[Read more]

Hi All, I have just acquired a Howard Bantam with the rotobox removed. The ends of the shaft are very clogged up and the shaft is not easy to turn ( via the dog drive), I want to know if there is a way of getting to the bearings to re-pack with grease without a full dismantle? or any other solution to free the shaft
