having just discovered messages waiting for me that are nearly 3 weeks old, is it possible that, a little message waiting page comes up when you log on, as i think was the case with the old site. this would certainly make missing messages less likely. i have no idea if this is even acheivable, but would be helpful if implementable.

you could ask them if they have recently supplied any one in this country, and see if they have any off cuts or a small spare bit

i think you are right. engine dates to 1955. they seem to have dissapeared by 1957.

the plough is original as far as i can acertain, i have a single version on my model A, and just reviewing some photos, it appears identical, or very similar to the one with the model E, that is in the museum at bicton agricultural college

i believe so , or very closely related. if it aint broke dont try to fix it comes to mind! plus moulds would have been on the shelf, as these were to try and compete with the foreign imports at the time, and the likes of merry tiller and danarm that were about in the late sixties and early seventies. the 55 was later altered so it didn’t have a…[Read more]
