    I have just bought a new pulley belt A 23 which was the number on the old one and is seems too tight, is this the correct one please

    My post should say Shay Rotogardener, I have all the paperwork and parts diagramsbut only Shay’s own part numbers. My problem may be the drive setup.

    According to the owners manual the belt is easily removed or replaced. Make sure clutch is disengaged, slip new belt on engine pulley first.

    Problem solved, the clutch was not disengaging fully. Thanks Charlie
