    I managed to get this recently – a slightly older version (higher prices) than that supplied to me by Sprayerman.

    Anyone interested in a copy use the Dropbox link below (if I’ve set it up right!). Its 600 dpi resolution so quite a large file (98+mb)

    Wonderful doc
    I’m very surprised with the prices: can one explain what means these two or three numbers?

    Hi

    The prices in the catalogue are in the pre-decimal currency, pre February 1971, when one English pound had 20 shillings and each shilling had 12 pence, whereas today we just have 100 pennies in one pound.
